In my practice our physicians are adding the same problems to the problem list over and over. When the nurses go to clean up the Problems List, they have to choose a reason to remove the problem. Is there any way to change the reasons, the current choices are: Resolved, Ruled out, Correction and inactive.
What i would love, is to be abel to format my own answer as "duplicate entry".
Does anyone know if these options are changeable, through a CCC form, or they are what they are?

I believe they are what they are, but duplicate entry would fall into the correction category. That is what we use.
According to the Data Dictionary the STOPREASON column on the PROBLEM table is a static set of options. I don't think you can add any new ones. The full set of options for CPS 10 should be:
I Inactive
O Ruled Out
R Removed
S Resolved
T Correction
G Discharged
F Refinement
P Not specified
N None
C Changed
E Entered In Error
