We have concerns about the receipt that prints from CPS. It's more of an itemized statement than an actually receipt of what was paid today. Any suggestions or help? Greatly appreciated.

It has been a very long time since I worked in that department but if I remember correctly I THINK we used to give the patient a copy of the Superbill (print after the transaction has been entered) and at the bottom I believe it showed both the patient payment and next appointment (if already scheduled prior to printing); but it has been quite sometime so I could be wrong. hope that helps!
