Does anyone know if I can customize the referral from that prints out from the orders? I need see how I can drop off the Resp. Provider section on this form.

Yes you can change the report, its called reforder.rpt in the \\client\crwrpts\ directory.
You can also use different reports for different orders, you would set these up in the codes and categories area of administration

You also need to remember to copy the edited referral.rpt back in after upgrades as the system default Crystal report will overwrite the custom edit. We have had both referral and test reports edited to work better in our environment.

Do you know how to add the internal provider field to the crystal report? Currently only external provider prints, which is a huge workflow issue for us.
