Receiving the following error message after upgrade to CPS12.2.2 on all but 2 of our users when attempting to print or fax a referral order.
This has stumped our VAR-VOW. Any one have a solution? Thanks.
An error occurred while running the report file 'reforder, rpt': The report file could not be found.
Are you on a Ctirix environment? Possible that the location and file are not replicated across all servers.
For the people it is working for, what does the system setup say for where to find reports? Compare to location for all others (not finding report).
Another thought is related to drive mapping, shortcuts, and permissions.
Yes we are in a Ctirix environment. I have passed your response to our IT department for them to check this out.
Where can I find the system set up? Is this something I can see locally?
Thanks.
I know it is different in CPS, but in EMR you would
Go - Setup - Settings
Reports - Administration
Perhaps someone on CPS can comment, as I am stuck trying to imagine the commands.
Sorry, I misspoke. We are not in a Citrix environment. However checking the set up to see where to find reports makes sense, Sadly, I am not finding the information in the report set up. Hoping our IT group has more to offer.
Thank you for your help.
Have a great day.
For CPS Thick Client installs the reforder.rpt file should be found on the Client machine in crwrpts that sits in the Client folder, this is usually found like this:
C:Program Files(86)\Centricity Practice Solution\Client\crwrpts
You could copy this from you Application server, but if this report is missing from your client machine or the crwrpts is missing client machine, then I would wonder what else might be missing. I would seriously consider uninstalling Centricity from the Client machines that are affected and reinstalling it to see if that corrects the issue.
Make sure whichever Citrix server the users are connected to has the .rpt in the c:\Program Files (x86)\Centricity Practice Solution\Client\crwrpts folder.
The report files have to be in that location on every server otherwise you get that error.
Thank you!
I did see that the reforder.rpt was only available on the computers who could print. When the install was done last Thursday a handful of computers had the file while the others including the terminal server did not. This affected our thin client users too. A copy of this file has been added to all affected computers and now works as it is suppose to.
I will update our IT on considering a reinstall just incase something else is missing.
Thank you all for your help and support. That is more than we got from our VAR.
Have a great Thanksgiving.
Karen
You're welcome. Also just so you know, I have a copy of the reforder.rpt posted out on the CHUG Marketplace that has the Social Security Number masked by X's except for the last 4 digits of the SSN. It's a free download, so if this interests you, you can download it and replace all of your copies of reforder.rpt with this version. This would need to be done on each of the Client machines that use it, including any terminal servers.
We also use VOW and recently found that some of our issues were related to JAVA being accidently removed from our servers. Not sure if that has anything to do with your issue or not, but we are hosted with them so thought I'd mention that in case you are as well.
