Has anyone else ran into this weird scenario? We are using the Referral Tracking Tool from Visualutions for our referrals staff, and it was working fine until we upgraded to CPS12.2.2 and Referral Tracking 2.2.
Now, at the end of the workday (around 3:30-4:00 PM), the system slows to a crawl, and eventually crashes on the referrals team. It is only effecting them, and I can watch a referrals staff member have their session become slow, while I am running with no problems. It will eventually either crash, or freeze where we have to boot the user out. They usually work for another 2 -4 patients, and the slowdown continues.
The only way they get back to normal speeds of using CPS and Referral Tracking, is after the nightly server reboot. If you have any suggestions, please let me know!
