Does anyone know if there's a setting, for registration, that allows us to default to "any" instead of "active" when searching?
There's not an option to save as preferences here. Only on the chart side.

To my knowledge, there is not a way to default to "Any". This is the main reason why we don't use the "Inactive" option. If a patient is dismissed, moved away or transferred care, we remove their default doctor and facility but leave their account active. That way if they come back to our practice, we won't create a duplicate account. Project North Star's new Registration component is looking to fix that issue as well.
