One of our clinics is asking for a way to enter the Realease of info, Privacy Policy and Benefit Assignment dates in Registration on the Additional tab for their clinic when there are already dates from the PCP Office. They are informed that since the charts are shared among the clinics, there is only one registration so there is no other place to document this. I advised I would send out a question to CHUG to see if there is anything others are doing.
Do any other clinics have shared charts among Primary Care and Surgical Specialty clincs where this issue has come up and if so, how has this been resolved?
I suggested entering the surgical specialty collected data in the Patient Alert Notes field but it was argued this might not be the best place due to billing....

You could have them save the information in observation terms and then reference those obs terms in a clinic specific patient banner that would show the data.
