I am new to centricity and was wondering how others are handling the removal of unsigned documents that were indexed in document management and made there way into CPS but now need to be removed?
If anyone would like to send me their advice please feel free to email.

We use a different solution than document management, so if the indexed document cannot simply be removed, in the banner - the More drop down --> Remove, then our users will then sign the document and then file it in error to get rid of it.

Agreed. We use DM and are able to remove unsigned documents via the method you have described.

If More > Remove is unavailable as an option (greyed out), permissions will need to be updated for groups/users (Administration).
