We know there is a 12.3 hot fix and we are wondering if this will fix the issue with right clicking. Every time we right click we get kicked out and get this error message:
Error occurred in class , method CMLIndiusView::OnShowWindow
An unhandled non-MFC, non-COM Exception has occurred

We are having the same problem and have been told that a patch is in the works ..

Where is it that this occurs. I have a lot of report of getting kicked out, but not sure if it related.

this happens when we are in a patients chart. We were told something that could work. We had to reboot our JBoss server which so far has helped and fixed the issue.

To add to the conversation, we have found that the issue is with the interop JBOSS. Not everyone has their interop split from the JBOSS, but if you do, this info will help you out.
We only have to restart the interop's machine to fix the crashing issue. This issue also was keeping our patient data from going out to CQR via subscriptions.

Restarting our interop machine resolved this for us. I'm setting up a nightly scheduled reboot to alleviate this problem until a permanent solution is released.

At the 1st link there is a link in the document regarding Reboot Best Practices (2ndLink). Click that link and you'll see a reference regarding, The recommended 'Startup Type' setting for the 'JBoss Application Server' service is 'Automatic (Delayed Start) NOTE: To open Windows Services, Run services.msc to open the Services Manager.

For us simply using the delayed start has alleiviated the issue.
