We upgraded to SP 10 on thursday and are no longer able to use any vital signs forms. We have tried both the CCC and the Vital Signs- Extended forms. Anytime we attempt to enter a height & weight the system freezes and then populates OBSNOW in the boxes. I have a ticket in with GE, but I thought the CHUG website might be quicker.

Check the vital.lib file at the root of the Centricity folder. That is most likely your issue. That file should be the right version for the content you have in the system for CCC...so you may need to go back to the install area for your CCC and grab a copy of the vital.lib from there.

We have upgraded to CP 10 for CPS 12 over the week end and now providers are having issues with especially the prescription form throwing an error that states "Cannot find form component Prescriptions in document text." Any thoughts on how this can be resolved?

We had that same exact OBSNOW issue on only one of our Citrix servers and I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and copying content back over again and it was fine after. All the rest were fine without full uninstall. We are on EMR. Thanks. Jen
