Have any other sites had an increase int he complaints of the Null Retry error since SP11? I am thinking but not 100% sure that maybe the Too much data for field error may be related to the Masterlock issue too.

Our too much data for the field error seemed related to masterlocks also.If you query that patient for a masterlock, you will likely find one. I removed masterlocks on patients that had that error as well and seemed ok after. Thx. Jen
