I know I have seen forum posts in regards to slowness/freezing with CPS12.0 SP11, but when I saw them it appeared that the issues reported were on a user basis, not their whole organization at once. Yesterday, for no apparent reason all of our users froze in Centricity for about 5-10 minutes on the EMR side, those in PM seemed to be fine unless they tried to switch over to the EMR side then they froze. Has anyone else seen something like this occur or has it all been a few users here and a few users there that have had slowness/freezing?

haven't seen that but do you have your servers on a nightly reboot cycle? We do and it seems to fix issues with freezing throughout the day.

We had a similar issue a few weeks ago with C-EMR. It had to do with the JBoss server not accessing all of the RAM it needed. GE make a tweak and everything has been fine since.

When it is frozen you'll want to look for SQL blocking. My guess is there is a block on a table all EMR users use and that causes a freeze. I've seen it happen from time to time but it should never happen regularly. In our case when it was happening because we were missing an index we should have had but in that cause it was happening every time a user merged a chart.
