Is anyone out there using CQIC forms having any issues with SP11 upgrade?
Thanks in advance.
We use them. The only issues we have had are related to the fact that we are behind in upgrades and arn't using CQIC ICD-10 version. You can reach out to them and they will be more than happy to help you with your problems. In fact I am sure they would want to know if you have found an issue.

I reiterate what Dawn said. We are using them and we are update on all the upgrades from both CQIC and are on CPS Version 12 SP 11. Patti is always happy to help all CQIC clients. She has been an invaluable resource and is timely in email responses. We love our CQIC forms and the baility to edit them to meet our practice needs.

Thanks everyone!
are any of you using with Dragon?
Yes we use c-speak with dragon. Our providers love it. We went form 50% dictation to like 1%. It Recognizes even the most difficult accent. I would very much recommend having them do the training for your providers, while we do it now for new providers now; in the begining it held much more "buy in" when we brought Mike Lyons in to train them. They actually made the time for the training and the practice which is probably the single most impmortant indicaton of Dragon Success.
We do not use CQIC forms but I would like to add that we are having serious issues since upgrade to sp11 on 12/14/2015. We were very stable at 12.0.10 .. Now with frequent crashes (almost every 2-5 patients for alllstaff) We have slowness with data population as well. We have posted this elsewhere on the form.

Hi Dawn,
So are you not on SP11 yet?
We are CEMR 9.8.11 but we don't have all the most recent CQIC upgrades installed so the couple little issues we have with CQIC are related to that not to an issue of CQIC and sp11. We have plenty of issue with SP11, but they are in no way related to CQIC.
We do use Dragon in our practice and have raly great success with it and have had for years. Probably since 2008 at least and maybe even before. We work with Clinically Speaking and Mike and Laura and their group are fantastic!!! They are available for on line training for providers and are awesome teachers. Our providers would notbe with out it.

I work with 3 organizations and all 3 use the CQIC forms with CPS12 service pack 11, and we are having problems described below but I honestly don't believe the problems are the forms because the forms were in place before we installed SP11.
We have had 2 intermittent problems. One of the problems is persistent, the other I am not sure about yet.
Problem 1: The text translation is 'disappearing' when the document is on-hold - so far it has been reported with the Lab Entry POC form and The Vital-Signs 4 form. The information is visible in the forms and visible in the text translation within the update but is not visible (intermittently) when viewing the document outside an update. The translation will often be visible again if you open up the form and then put it on hold again. Similarly, however, it can also 'disappear' again by opening up the update and putting it on hold.
Problem 2: Duplication in text translation within the same update even when there is only copy of the form within the update. This happened with information in an Well Child Check Entry Form template when initially there was an Entry form and Entry-2 form in the update. After removing one of the forms, there was still duplicated text showing in the text translation and we couldn't delete it.
Unfortunately, with both problems we can't seem to duplicate it in any testing we do so we haven't been able to provide any trace files or other information to CCC that may help troubleshoot.
I have reported both problems to GE and not heard back from anyone yet.
Does anyone know which file you need to add someone to be able to edit the files?
Thanks!
