Hello;
I am checking to see if anyone is currently using Dragon 360 and Blackbird successfully on EMR 9.8 SP12.

No problem with CPS12 SP12 and Dragon but I don't think my docs use Dragon with Blackbird much if ever. What issue are you running into with Blackbird and Dragon?

We are getting ready to put EMR 9.8 SP12 in our training environment within the next few weeks we will also be testing Dragon 360, which in production SP11 crashes EMR when ever the providers attempt to dictate into an "Annpend", "Flag" or "Letter", we understand this crashing will be corrected for Dragon with SP12.
Are you finding any slowness issues since installing Blackbird? Also are you running on a local client or Citrix.

I never ran SP11 in Production but I'm pretty sure I heard GE fixed the crashing issue with Dragon.
As for Blackbird its usually pretty fast and doesn't slow anything down if you don't open it. If you do open it like I said its usually fast but I have seen it take its time sometimes. I haven't don't a lot of research yet to see if its slow waiting on IMO and blackbird or slow because of the MEL. Sorry I don't have a better answer at the moment.
