We upgraded to SP13 this weekend and since our Med Admin HTML form is not working. The dose field is required, but forces the user to select only from a list pre-built in Administration. There is also a quantity field that is required and cannot be edited in Administration.
We have a pediatric practice with variable doses based on patient age - this means we need to have an administrator always available to build in a dose when someone is giving a med...pain in the neck.
We didn't see these changes included in SP13 release notes, so did we miss it or was this included on a past upgrade it just so happened to be updated now?
HELP our providers are freaking out!
Hi Jessica,
I am having an issues the ME button and the dropdown list for the administered field the Medication Administration and Immunization Management forms. I believe my issues are related to CCC 1.4v and not SP 13. Need you update the CCC forms when you upgraded to SP13?
We did upgrade the CCC package at the time of the SP13 upgrade but then ended up rolling it back. We only use select CCC content (most of our content is from a VAR). Since the roll back we haven't had the same issues.
There is an issue with the growth charts, dosing calculator and info button with SP 13 if you are using IE 11. We have to use IE 11 because of other systems that require it. There are some precautions we can take according to GE.
