I am using the same OBS term in four forms that exist in one Encounter type. When one filed is entered in one form the OBS term is populating in the chart note four times. How can I suppress the field from overpopulating in the chart note if not entered that day?
I have tried 4 different document variable. It seems to be working. I added
{OBSNOW("obs term", DOCUMENT.ORDER_DATE)} in the Chart Note field. This is a date example, it is only translating the date. But I still need the translation to say Order Date : date. Not sure where to fit Order Date.

are these custom forms in your encounter template or GE/Virence provided forms (e.g. CCC Forms)?
If these are custom forms, you should be able to accomplish what you want with text translation functions.
If you are using several different forms in your encounter that were provided by GE/Virence (e.g. CCC forms), you will likely have to accept the text translation that those forms provide.
