We are on CPS 12.0.11. One of our Managers is concerned because someone is templating schedules for a practice they don't work in. Has anyone been able to track template changes?

Yes,
Go into the Admin tab
Click on the Activity log at the top of the page and than click Admin in Component and make sure your date are what you want.
This will give you the user and what they did.

You may also want to check that persons security in the database.
You can prevent them from making schedule changes by not giving them the security to do so

What cfisher said is an understatement.
If someone can manage schedule templates, what else can they, and others, possibly do? Can your lowest level staff remove facilities and providers? Can they delete charges? If no one knows, it's high time you do a security audit.

Thanks everyone. We do audits and keep track of user securities. The issue was the Rheumatology Practice shares space/staff with a Cardiology Practice. I found what I needed in Admin. A Cardi scheduler modified the Rheum schedule.
