I still don't get the scheduling module. We seem to be creating multiple columns for our providers schedules and not sure how or why it is happening. Is there a document out there that explains the rational behind how and why the scheduling module works the way it does or someone explain to me what the heck we are doing wrong or maybe it's right. Hard to tell. Also would like to know why some scheduling task are so tedious. Have the creators of this module ever actually used it and run a few scenarios. If there is anyone out there who has a good handle on this I would love to talk to you.

are you booking more than one appointment in the time slot? This will add a column if you do this.
