Right, setting user defaults using the Server Setup Application is a server setup function. You usually only use it after a system upgrade. Are you trying to set Centricity default behaviors for particular users or groups? For CPS that is done within Centricity in Administration - System - User and resource management - Users - Preferences

Well we are attempting an Upgrade to 12.2. We found that there were pseudo log ins created by CPS (40,000) and the fix is to wipe this table before starting the upgrade.
My partner in Crime is out of the office with limited contact and he performed this task the last time it was ran...
