Is anyone having the issue of the screen minimizing while documenting in a note? We are running 12.0.5 and one of our docs and her nurse are having this issue
Any thoughts before I submit yet another SR to GE??

We have several users complain of the update screen loosing focus and the main EMR screen is brought to the top They generally have this happen when they are typing in the update window, which made me think it was their palm on the touch pad. I disabled the touch pad and they said it still disappeared. We are on 12.0.3.

Have you logged an issue with GE on this?

Unfortunately we haven't been able to duplicate it. However one of our physicians says it happens after about the 3rd or 4th patient in the morning every day. I've asked her to let me know when this happens so we can call into our VAR to record the issue to submit it to GE.

Thanks - I'm waiting to see what steps will recreate this - the user is unable to tell me, and she won't let me "sit" with her! I cannot recreate in our live or test database!

We have had this issue at our practice with Phone Notes. A number of our schedulers are having the problem of entering data into the form. When they go to start typing, the window will shrink and they have to manually resize it back to normal.
Have yet to find a rhyme or reason that it happens, but I have seen it. Cannot reproduce it with accuracy though.
Made an SR for the problem, but GE has no idea how to fix it.

Has anyone had this resolved? One of our providers are having this happen to them. Coincidentally, the charts this is happening to have a clinic visit summary created on a note in the chart. Could this be related to the update window minimizing?
