CPS 12
I have a signed document that contains MEL code only. Is there a way to recover text that was entered into this document?
Thanks in Advance
Sorry, unfortunately if you used GE's CPS process to sign your document, it is not possible to restore it. I have a document signer application that allows you to restore if it is signed off by mistake. But only if you signed through my application. www.aphoenixtech.com (DocViewer)
Sort of - depends on how much auditing you have turned on. You can see all the clinical list changes by right-clicking on the document and then choosing View Clinical List Changes. If you right-click and choose View Contributors list, you will see what changes were made to the document. Text that wasn't a Clinical List Change could be there if you have enough logging turned on. If you do, you could run a SQL query to pull out that text from the DOCCONTB table, if memory serves me correctly. Otherwise it may be in an Audit table.
I tried viewing contributors list and clinical list changes, but nothing shows up except the MEL code.
Thank You!
