I've used their product in two groups I've worked for. It works really well and they are great to work with. What PM system do you have though?
AthenaHealth is our PM.
We want to do Outreach based on our CEMR schedule because the Oracle database is our database of record for reporting purposes.
We're OK with updating the Athena schedule based on replies from the Patient Outreach. We're a concierge practice, and our physician panels are small.
