I am looking for someone who has developed a Chrystal report, they would be willing to share that will show the Statement dates (up to 4 statements) sent for Patient and by ticket number.
It would be fine if it were only for patient's in a status of collection.
Idea would be something similar to the below.
Example:
Patient Name Ticket Pt. Visit balance Insurance balance Statement #1 Statement #2
Smith, John # 12345 $10.00 $0.00 01/15/2020 02/15/2020
Any assistance, feedback would be greatly appreciated.
