What is everyone doing with their telehealth visits appt status on the schedule? Usually the front desk changes this status to Arrived (which makes the patient appt turn blue on the schedule) but this doesn't happen with the telehealth visits. What is everybody else's process for this? Is there a way to make this status switch automatically somehow?

Thank you so much for the reply! I tried the steps above but Telehealth isn't an appt status for us. For in clinic appts, it initally goes into a Scheduled status then is changed to Arrived upon check in at the front desk.
When providers are doing Telehealth from home there is nobody to change the appt status from Scheduled to Arrived. We are hoping to find an option where the appt status can be changed automatically when the provider opens the document in the chart.

There isn't any communication from the EMR back to the PM side of the house at that level. I'm not sure of a good answer, but understand the issue. Good luck!
