We're compiling an upgrade test check list. A series of checks to go through after deploying a patch or service pack to our testing environment to validate it before releasing to production. I'd like to solicit any best practices CHUG community members might have.
A little about our environment:
•Servers: MS-SQL, App Server (JBOSS) and DTS all separate servers
•Mixed client environment both thin and fat
•CPS 12.0.11 so both PM and EMR
•Several plugins provided by Visualutions and GE
•Patient portal
•Various lab interfaces
