Hello,
We just went live with V23 of athenaPractice last week, and since we had to switch from Internet Explorer to Edge, our tif image viewer is no longer working. We had been using an IE add-on called "Alternatiff" that would open the .tif and .tiff files in a web browser. It was handy, because it did not download the file on our terminal servers, but just opened the file as soon as the "Attach" button was pressed in aP.
Since our upgrade, an AthenaBrowser window opens up and downloads the file. We can use the windows photo viewer as recommended by AthenaHealth support, but I was hoping someone here has figured out a way to make Athena display the file without filling up our downloads folder. How are you handling .tif files in the Chart Document section?
