We are having issues with the Transition of Care document and the secure messaging address. We are a small clinic and we do refer a lot to other clinics, however the ones we refer to do not seem to have a direct messaging address for us to use for the Transition of Care document.
Has anyone had issues with this? If so, what have you done to resolve it?

Are you using the GE HISP (Kryptiq) or another? From my understanding, BOTH providers (sending and receiving) require a Direct (DSM) Secure Messaging email address. The receiving providers will need to apply for a direct email account.
This is my understanding. Comments/corrections are welcome! 🙂
