Since upgrading to 12.0 (we are now on 12.0.5), we have been unable to view attachments in registration. We can export to the desktop and open them there, but not within the system. Prior to 12.0, there were no issues. We use fat clients and each one has CPS installed on them.
Any thoughts? GE is unable to assist!

In our experience if you update Adobe Reader it will allow you to continue opening documents.
This is in version 11, we are not on 12 yet!
