Was just installing a the latest knowledge base and realize we haven't cleaned up our custom medication lists in a while (and apparently CCC hasn't either)
The release notes say that interaction checking relies on using coded medications. So it is natural for old medications to be removed from the current full list of medications. Does this mean that some medications that were added to a patients chart in the past and they are still taking might not be included in interaction checking?
Thanks.
Hi Pete,
I am searching for insight this morning into issues we are identifying with uncoded medications and allergies and found your question here from 10 months ago. Can you share what you learned or what you did to resolve your issues? thanks, Paula
of course not. lol.
