Upgraded to 9.12 over the weekend.
Current Crystal Reports still run, pointing to the typical "MLO_", but do not see all the table and view names I used to see with 9.8.
Now, under the MLO_ I see: DMSNMP, GSMADMIN_INTERNAL, ML, ORACLE_OCM, OUTLN and SYS
What am I not seeing? Figure this must be an easy one....
Thanks.
Go into report options and de-select "stored procedures" on the db tab. We still have too many options besides ML but at least it resolved so we could access the tables we needed. Nothing changed in Crystal here so I wondered it if was a db setting change of some sort affecting it. Hope that helps you also.
Thanks for that.
Never would have guessed to go into File - Options - Database and to un-check the Stored Procedures under the Data Explorer group.
In fact, still trying to comprehend what is happening there, but it does appear to now allow the display of
MLO_ -- ML -- Tables & Views
Tables is where PERSON, OBS, DOCUMENT are located.
Views is where VACTIVEPROBLEM, USERINFO are located.
Yes, we are still seeing more than we need but can access what we were able to previously at least. I didn't get the answer from GE. I googled the error or other related Crystal errors and found that and it worked. Ya, that was a weird one. Good luck post upgrade.
