Using Quick Text in Registration

Is there a way to create a quick text to use in Registration and specifically the Financial tab of registration? Our billers would like to be able to use a quick text or something like it to help them document in the financial tab. I did not see anything where this is possible. We are on CPS 12 currently.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
