Hey All,
We just upgraded to V20. We are a billing service and did not put word on our client terminal servers due to the cost for licensing. We are trying to figure out how to use Crystal reports for all reports that use the Microsoft runtime plug-in. Has anyone here done this?

I haven't had to deal with this, so I'm just throwing out a suggestion.
Do you know which runtime you need? This MS article might be a start.

Hey tippenring,
Thanks for the reply. We are trying to not use a runtime plug-in but athenaPractice is still trying to launch the plug-in even when we set the report in the db to not use it. We are trying to just create the collection report from Crystal, but are not having any luck. We do not have Word on our client servers.
