Hello - I am in need of some recommendations for VAR's. We are at a virtual standstill from a support contract standpoint with athenahealth, and they are now recommending we utilize a VAR for ongoing support, Imprivata implementation prior to the end of this year, and the C-EMR v20 upgrade. They don't feel they can establish themselves as a government vendor (after 8 months of waiting for a response/feedback).
We've been using the EMR since 8/1999. I have attended numerous CHUG's over the years, and unfortunately I wasn't able to locate a recent CHUG attendee list to get some names. I really have no idea where to start.
Suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, we use Quatris Healthco and are really happy with them. We've used them since at least 2004, probably even before I started in 2004.

We have been a CPS and Quatris customer since 2012 and I love the support we get from them. We are a small clinic and they take real good care of us
