Does anyone have a simple VFE form for charting SOAP notes that they would be willing to share? Thanks Peg

We use the Simple SOAP Note and our providers love it, and it has the .dlg file so you can customize it to your needs. Please send me an email and I will be happy to send along the clinical kit.
