Visits approve failed due to method of object

We have one user who intermittently gets an approved failed when working billing tickets. The error is as follows:

Error occurred in CPS/HCM Visit Approval: Method '~' of object '~' failed

The user connects to a server where other users connect and no one else has this issue. The plug in works for the other users just fine but intermittently fails for our one user. Just curious if anyone has ever seen this message before and happens to know what causes this.
