When in a chart, you can click the "Print" button and there are many pre-defined reports. Specifically, under the Clinical Lists Folder are "Immunization Report" and "Problems report". For a couple of projects to verify and clean-up data, we would like to tweak these reports.
The 'Problems Report" I think is called probs.rpt, although I could be mistaken. However, I just cannot seem to see when in Go-Setup-Settings Menus that these are configured, and thus unsure where to find and reload.

Those are in the client/crwrpts directory. If you change them and save them with the same name in that folder then they will appear instead when printing from that client. You don't need to do any additional configuration

So, a user on fat-client (GE desktop icon) would have these reports all local. Thus, a revision would need to be made and promulgated to all users?
And, is there a list somewhere to know what GE choices map to which .rpt file? (such as Problem List maps to the probs.rtp file)

Yes you need to push a new report to all fat-clients. Most user jobs.txt. To find out which Crystal Reports file is linked to which report you can go to Go->Setup->Settings->Reports. Find the report in question, click "change" and click on the "...".
