Is there a way to see who discarded a document?

Yes. In Chart under reports, go to Medicalogic and select Audit Report. If you have an idea of the user/users make sure to include all of them. Also you can specify the time frame the item was discarded. It will list by patient and you can see who did it. You can search the report by patient name so you are not scrolling forever!

I'm on 9.8.13 CEMR and I use the Audit Report and Audit all events by user. We can usually narrow down who accessed the chart then run it against all those individuals.

We always hated having to run audit events by user, so I ended up making a custom report to run this by Patient. Should be able to load this into the Reports section of Centricity. Audit Events by Patient
