We are a GE CPS 12 customer (PM only) & GE EMR 9.5 (soon to be 9.8) Oracle customer. We have a Call Center staff who handle all the incoming phone calls for scheduling of the patients. We would like to speak to another GE customer who has a Call Center and uses GE CPS 12 to see if there are ways we can improve our workflows.
