OPTUM (working for/with United Heathcare has asked me to create a monthly data feed with HEDIS measures.
I mentioned we can get QRDA documents quite readily but they did not know what I was talking about. They want a spreadsheet FTP'd.
Anyone worked with them before or built a report or interface I could leverage?

We work with Enli for our incentive based programs , you might want to check into what they could do for you. As for OPTUM we are manually inputting data directly via their portal. Peter Casey [email protected] .

interesting, I asked them about a portal for reporting and data entry and they also didn't know what I was talking about.
