Yesterday it was brought to my attention that we had numerous Filed rejected tickets where the Visit owner field was Blank, not unassigned, it was totally blank. At first the manager thought they were mainly front end rejects however after further investigation there were tickets that were processed by automated remittance but the non payment code was not set up for the the carrier. It seems to have started a couple of months ago, which is about when we did service pack 7. Has anyone else found this happening? We are on CPS 12, SP 7.
