We are testing cps12.2 for an upgrade soon but when we open refill prescription, we have to scroll left inorder to see everything. We were able to zoom in by Shift and scrolling the mouse but that setting does not stick the next refill. Any idea to make the setting stick? Thanks.

Have you tried using minimize the Chart Navigation Panel. It pushes that panel to the far left, and then I am able to see the complete Rx prescription form. It's kind of a pain, but seems to work fine for me.

yes but it doesn't stick either. You would also lose the navigation. For some users, they need that. We have mostly 19inch monitor and with the highest resolution, it still won't fit unless it is a wide screen monitor.

This is happening on some of our users as well. When they try to shift the navigation window over it kicks them out of Centricity. Has any one found a resolution for this issue?

I am currently in the LA group for 12.3, so that is what I am testing on. This was one of the complaints during the LA for 12.2 that you had to scroll the Rx and Care Plan Management forms. I know the Care Plan Manage was resized, so I don't have to scroll as much. I am wondering if the same was done to the Rx form. We have been testing LA 12.3 for months, so I am not remembering how much I had to scroll on 12.2.

We're a little late to the party, but just started having this problem - we just started deploying Windows 10 pc's. It's working fine on our old Windows 7's, though.
Did you ever find a resolution?
