We have had reports of various ePrescribing errors occurring in EMR 9.5 and are wondering what issues others might be experiencing and how you are dealing with them.
We are aware that the continuity between the Prescription form and the Medication button cause issues and that has been reported to GE. We are looking for other 'mysterious' errors and issues.
For example:
Pharmacy selection not staying selected after the document is placed on hold.
Prescriptions going to the incorrect pharmacy.
Pharmacies that do not see the eRx when our side shows successfully transmitted.
...and other odd issues.
Has anyone else been experiencing odd behavior?

We too have seen "odd" issues with e-prescribing. Usually ones where it shows as successfully transmitted and the pharmacy claims they did not receive at all.
Other issues too like 2 out 3 prescriptions for one patient going through and for some mysterious reason, not the 3rd. We've seen delays of up to 1 hour from the time the Provider clicked on Send Rx to the time the script is received by the pharmacy.
As for the pharmacy selection not staying after document is placed on hold, check in with you endusers to ensure that they are checking the box that says "Add this pharmacy to the patient's contact list" which is available on the screen where they select the pharmacy. Otherwise, the pharmacy it will not stick to patients chart and will need to be reselected the next time the Provider wants to send a script.
Also note that if an end user goes into the pharmacy list to pick a pharmacy and the pharmacy is not on the list, they should click on cancel rather than on OK. OK will automatically default to the first pharmacy on the list if none is slected and will send prescription to that pharmacy.
As for the upgrade to version 3.3.2 we know of a health center that installed it only to discover additional issues related to e-prescribing. Our team has opted to hold off on the install until the new reported issues are clarified and/or corrected by GE.

Ran into an issue with eprescribing...
Have applied last update 2 weeks ago. Today, it was brought to my attention that thousands of files are being left out on the DTS. The prescriptions are apparently going through to the pharmacies and the info brought into Centricity, but these files aren't going away. I tried calling GE, but was put on hold because they were extremely busy. Anyone out there experiencing this same issue? If so, what did you do about it?
We have piles of files that are left from patients eRx incoming requests that don't match to our patients. I have to clean these out routinely.
