Is anyone using eSignature? We are having many issues with them and need to find another product that works the same as eSignature. Does anyone use anything different and if so how do you use this in your clinic environment?
I appreciate anyone's input on this..

Maria,
We used e-signature health for our patient entered histories only. We could never get tehm to complete the entry template forms that we wanted to implment. Our iPads have been down since yesterday but they will not return emails and the phone number is no longer in service. I understand there are a lot of practices that are down and have commneted on that. We are going to work with CCC and the CCMe application for our patient entered histories with hopes to expand to other platforms. We currently use CQIC forms and I am extremely well pleased with the forms, the service that we get from CCC, the detail that they place in their product and the overall concern that the staf show to their customers and our needs.
Feel free to call me if you have other questions or email me directly

Our eSignature seems to be working today, can anyone confirm if it is working in your offices?

Ours started working yesterday evening just before I left.
Ours eSig worked last night but is not working today.. It went up then down again last night.. We are still looking into alternatives for this product since they have moved to their Amazon Server we have had many issues with the forms not crossing over. It has not be very reliable at all, we do like the product and even integrated it with Breg Vision. I still have not heard from anyone at eSig has anyone heard from them.
Our tech got an e-mail from them last night, but to my knowledge has not been able to get a hold of them by phone. We had not heard that it was down, but honestly I think most of our staff is tired of the reliability and just doesn't use it anymore.
ouch! we use patient link for our forms. The forms are easy for the patients to fill out, its like being in school again with a scantron sheet and a no. 2 pencil. No hardware required to be given to the patients. Just a piece of paper and a pencil. Start up is quite expensive, all the equipment is proprietary and way overpriced. Any changes to the forms costs a mint. Overall though, it works, just don't add a site or change the forms...
Logical innovations, the creator of VFE, has come out with a web based form which still needs work but its on the verge be becoming something we would be able to use to replace everything. Including being able to capture patient signatures.
