Outstanding problems in CPS 10.1.3.300
I have one user who is having trouble with flags. When our physicians order a procedure they send the order via a flag to a "procedure schedulers" desktop. At that point the user who is scheduling the patient forwards the order from the "procedure schedulers" desktop to her own. When this happens, her computer freezes. It's so frustrating. I've called Ge, their response was to order a new computer, the one she has is 1 year old. After i spent 4 hours on the phone with Dell, they gave the computer a clean bill of health.
Has anyone ever experienced this? or know how to fix it?
