We thank you for your patience during this time.

Thank you,
Cloud Services Team
With the exception of a continued lack of Specialty Specific Quality Measures (hint hint GE), I'm very pleased with the CQR Dashboard and MIPS experience thus far. Visually, their product is nicer than other dashboards we use with our specialty registries.
Thanks, yes the dashboard is pretty good. We got tired of out of the box product (ccc) forms not aligning with what the rules of the dashboard accept, and got tired of opening tickets just to have GE say, yes, we will try to fix, and never hear anything back. The mapping utility is pretty good if you actually have time and money to put into it. Providers here would rather spend time with patients (none of whom care about a portal or electronic exchange (for better or worse))
Even thought the provider I support is/has always been in the upper quadrants on the QRUR reports, I got to a point where if he wanted to continue financially it would make more sense to just accept future penalties and concentrate on patient care then continue chasing the goals. Upgrading within 2 weeks of a release, etc etc.
just noticed they sent out something they are still fixing calculations... i think i would have strangled someone at GE support by now if i was actually trying to meet measures.
"Please reference our communication regarding a recent CQR fix and potential changes to your quality measure results.
All calculations as of December 26 forward should reflect the changes made. Calculations for 2017 reporting periods should be re-calculated.
