we did the version 20.1 upgrade over the weekend and our immunization management form does not load anymore. Keep saying your browser does not support activex object. Any one experienced that? Thanks.

What browser? If it is Edge, there is a group policy change to put it in IE mode that you can use from what I understand.

we are using IE 11. It was working fine until the upgrade.

Starting in v20 the browser is using chrome/chromium to render the encounter forms. It sounds like the form needs to be updated, if it wants Active-X it must be an older version designed to work with IE. Im not sure off the top of my head where that one is, but its either in a CCC basic download, or in the staging directory.

Athenahealth resolved the issue by reinstall the forms. thank you all for your responses.
