Hello, we had some slowness early this afternoon on CPS 9.5. It seems to have corrected itself, but I've noticed that there is a process running of java.exe that is taking up 6GB of memory on the App Server. The location of the process is in the jboss folder hierarchy, so I didn't dare end the process. Has anyone run into this before?
Thanks,
Gary
Did you figure out a solution to this?
We just upgraded to EMR 9.8 and now we are experiencing this issue.
Our users are getting kicked off and the JBOSS service is stopping automatically.
Any help would be greatful...

Greg, I don't know if this has anything to do with your site, but we experienced strange behavior with the JBoss service if you log into the server's console. When you logged out the JBoss service would stop (this was EMR 9.5 - have not upgraded yet). We had to make sure we always logged into that server via RDP.
