I have a Provider who wants his APE (Annual Physical Exam) labs to display in his notes. Our labs are completed in house and we have an interface that pushes the results to the OBS Terms.
There are too many OBS TERMS for the values for each test (CMET, CBC, PSA, TSH, LIPID) for a quick text to work.
How are others inserting their lab values in their notes? Template, several quick texts?

You could create a Lab Review form, we have one for our Prenatal labs, and have the form pull in the Obs Terms into Display Fields and then have buttons on the forms to write the value to the Chart Note, you could have a button for each value as well as a button that says something like "Send All Lab Results to Chart Note".
