Hello, I'm quite new to Centricity but am inquiring to see if there is a data dictionary available for all the obs terms? I'm trying to assist our BI team with clinical reports and I find it would be beneficial if I can tell our BI team exactly what to grab for the report. I am familiar with the "Clinical List Settings" where the obs terms will display - but is there a "master list" of these?

Under chart reports - then- reports - then the list is by abreviation category or description

This may or may not be useful in your case, but I prefer to download the latest obs terms from Athena ( https://athenaflex.athenahealth.com/s/hcd-librarypage?Id=0686f000008hOd9 as of 9/24/20), extract the terms.fot file, change the extension from .fot to .csv, then import into my favorite spreadsheet.
Somewhere I have a SQL query to obtain all obs terms that are in use in a database, and list them sorted by use frequency if that might be helpful.
