Since our 12.3 upgrade, Messaging within CPS won't work for users that are logged in to our Citrix CPS published app. It is coming up with the error "Unsupported Browser or Configuation" and in a yellow highlighted box it says "We have detected that cookies are disabled. Cookies are required for this application to function securely. If possible, please enable cookies for this browser."
We recently brought up some users that are now working from home on Citrix Virtual Desktops and Messaging works fine there. Just wondering if anyone has run into this where it isn't working in a published app. Our IT manager is beating his head against the wall because he has made several changes and has had no luck in fixing this and support hasn't been any help at all.
